O.S. bakery is more of a laboratory after 15 years of experimentation using our own fresh milled organic flours, long chain cold pressed oils and alternative sweetners, added with your fav natural flavors such as chocolate, vanilla, lemon, sweet potato, nuts and other stuff we stumbled on during our journey. My name is Megi and I'm a long time Puerto Vallarta visitor. My first trip to PV happened in 2007 when I first visited with my parents, about 4 years after our move from Poland to Canada. We stayed at the then Holiday Inn Resort (presently Sunscape) and the view, the climate, the people and, of course, the food absolutely stole our hearts.
