We actually don't use anything with gluten in our restaurant, to avoid any cross-contamination. We only use almond, coconut, rice, corn flours. We make our own bread, everything from scratch, to be sure it's not contaminated

My name is Megi and I'm a long time Puerto Vallarta visitor. My first trip to PV happened in 2007 when I first visited with my parents, about 4 years after our move from Poland to Canada. We stayed at the then Holiday Inn Resort (presently Sunscape) and the view, the climate, the people and, of course, the food absolutely stole our hearts. I've been visiting frequently ever since.  Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, I have not been able to travel and I'm impatiently waiting for the time when low-risk and low-stress travel will be possible again.  Since my last trip in 2018, I have been diagnosed with gluten intolerance.
